Sprint Team: Swim 750, Bike 21, Run 5km
Try-Tri: Swim 375m, Bike 10km, Run 2.5km

Try-Tri Team: Swim 350, Bike 10km, Run 2.5km

3860 Parri Road, White Lake, BC

Driving Directions
From Salmon Arm, drive west on the TC Hwy, about 20km from town take the
White Lake Road exit. Turn left onto White Lake Rd. Continue on for 7.3km, and
then take a right onto Parri Road. After 1.6 km arrive at 3860 Parri Rd. Parking
attendants will direct you to parking.

Race Fees:
$60 for individual sprint entry
$35 per team member of a team sprint
$45 per entry for the Try-Tri

$20 per youth ANY EVENT

Race Start Time:
9:30am for Sprint (individual and team)
10:00am for Try-Tri
Participants must arrive by 8am to ensure they have time to register with
timing and set up their transition zone.
